Eccles Leadership and Career Pathway
The Eccles Leadership and Career Pathway program is a four-year, cohort-based immersive program woven into the Eccles Business Skills and Experience curriculum that provides every student with a clear, intentional path to maximize their experience. From day one, students receive personalized advising and mentorship and a structured progression of academic and professional milestones. Each year builds intentionally, beginning with exploration, community building, and global perspectives, preparing them for leadership roles, internships, and applied projects. In the third and fourth years of study, students experience project-based learning opportunities and can receive credit for internships and applied projects through our institutes and centers. By graduation, students are not only well-prepared academically, but also equipped with the professional and durable skills, networks, and confidence to launch successful careers or pursue advanced study, ready to lead with integrity, purpose, and impact.

With a 2025 graduating class of over 1,500 students, Eccles students graduate with strong career outcomes, including an overall job placement rate over 90%. Undergraduate students report an average starting salary of approximately $62,000, specialized master’s students report an average starting salary of approximately $83,000, and full-time MBA students report an average base salary of $108,000, reflecting the market demand for the practical and durable skills developed through the Eccles Experience.
